Vacuum leak sound from downstreamer

So not sure if this is normal, but when I am trying to use my downstreamer I get a loud vacuum leak sound from it. I filmed a small video you can hear it when I have the pressure low enough to pull from it and it goes away when I increase the pressure. I am not sure if I just need a hose clamp on it? What do you guys think?
